Utilizing its expertise and resources, TMG offers repairs on virtually any assembly including peripherals.
 
 

All repairs are effected using TMG'S standard test and repair procedures. During this period, all documentation relative to such repairs is continually tracked. 

  

 

Using TMG'S internal Repairs Tracking System will ensure continuity of the repairs process and quality assurance.

 
As an added quality assurance step, once an assembly is repaired, it is subjected to a minimum of a 48 hour "burn in" in a system environment as similar as possible as that of the customer's site.

 

   

Once this test period is achieved, the assembly is once again verified for accuracy before shipping using ESD-approved bags, packing and procedures.
